The work is done with the space kept tidy throughout and tools used appropriately.
Hand Over
A written summary, a tidy space, and a receipt. Then we leave.

Leak Check & Repair
NT$3,900 per visit
Locating leaks at taps, joints, and connections and sealing them cleanly where possible. Suits slow drips, damp under sinks, and taps that no longer close properly. The cause is explained before anything is touched, a watertight check follows once the repair is done, and a short note covers any early signs of related wear nearby.

- Full diagnosis of tap, joint, and connection leaks
- Sealing or replacement of worn washers, ceramic discs, or O-rings

Clearing of blocked sinks, showers, baths, and toilets using methods suited to the specific pipework involved. After clearing, a flow check confirms steady drainage and the trap is inspected for condition. Nearby fixtures are also checked to rule out a shared cause, and simple upkeep advice is shared before we leave.

Fixture Fitting & Pipe Review

Fitting of taps, valves, hoses, and traps, with installation of larger items — a toilet, basin, shower unit, or water heater — available on request. Each job includes a review of pressure and pipe condition. Scope is agreed before work begins, each item is demonstrated on completion, and a plain summary is handed over.

Technical Standards
These practices apply to every service, regardless of the job's size or complexity.
ROC Licenced Technicians
All practitioners hold current ROC plumbing licences registered with New Taipei City Construction Management Office.
Water Isolation Protocol
Water supply is isolated and confirmed off before any pipe or fitting is opened. This is non-negotiable regardless of job size.
Quality Fittings Only
Materials come from established suppliers. We don't reuse fittings from other jobs or use the nearest available substitute when a proper part is called for.
Professional Liability Cover
Active professional indemnity insurance covers all call-out work. You are not carrying the risk if something connected to our work goes wrong.
No Work Without Consent
If the scope changes during a job, we stop and get approval before continuing. No additions are carried out without your agreement and a revised cost confirmation.
Tidy Exit Standard
The work area is dried, cleared, and left as found. Old parts and packaging are removed. This is part of every service charge, not an optional extra.
