Disclaimers
This website and its content are provided for information purposes. We do not promise that the information here is complete, current, or free of errors. Plumbing situations vary significantly, and the descriptions on this site are general in nature — they are not a diagnosis of your specific situation.
We cannot promise a specific outcome from a service visit. Our technicians will assess conditions as found and explain what is possible within the agreed scope.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law in Taiwan, our total liability for any single claim arising from a service visit is limited to the amount paid for that visit. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of business, data loss, or damage caused by pre-existing conditions not visible during the visit.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud.
Indemnification
You agree to cover any reasonable costs we incur as a result of your breach of these terms, including false or misleading information that leads to wasted visits or damage to our equipment or personnel.
Termination
Either party may cancel a booking before the technician departs. Once work is under way, you may ask us to stop at any point; you will be invoiced for the proportion of work completed.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking if conditions at the property are unsafe for our technicians, if the described work is outside our scope, or if payment from a prior visit remains outstanding.
Dispute Resolution
If you have a concern about a service, please contact us first at [email protected]. Most matters can be resolved through a straightforward conversation.
If a formal resolution is needed, these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Disputes that cannot be resolved informally are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New Taipei City, Taiwan.
Consumer rights under Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act (消費者保護法) are not affected by these terms.
General Provisions
- Entire agreement: These terms, together with any written booking confirmation, represent the complete agreement between us.
- Severability: If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply.
- Waiver: If we do not enforce a term on one occasion, that does not mean we waive our right to enforce it in future.
- Assignment: You may not transfer your rights under this agreement to another person without our written agreement.
